As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative projects in a complex environment, for capital markets’ clients. You will have a chance to work with the agile delivery approaches to build or migrate cloud-based solutions. Your Role:

• Deliver projects in Agile (standalone, scaled, mixed) approaches
• Develop, lead and motivate strong, sustainable and high-performing delivery teams
• Actively work with and manage a wide range of business and technology stakeholders to ensure the legendary delivery quality.
• Actively manage project resources, dependencies, scope, schedule, risks and issues, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate them
• Deal with all project-related escalations and seek input and assistance from appropriate channels
• Work closely with the business and technical stakeholders and functional & technical leads to facilitate the successful completion of project deliverables

Your Qualifications:

• 4+ years commercial PM experience in software delivery environment
• Experience of working within large organisations
• Ability to communicate to both business and technical audience
• Knowledge of project methodology (Agile, Scrum, DSDM, PMP, Prince2)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills both in English
• Interest and ability to understand business issues. Capital Markets or similar financial experience would be a significant advantage
• Professional approach to work, strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Individual skills and professional characteristics: negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, determination, embracing change
