…cooperate on daily basis with 4 other team members in order to find and hire the best talents on the market,
…conduct end2end recruitment processes (from briefing with hiring manager to offering candidates),

…dive deep into sourcing world in order to find the best IT talents,
…take care of positive candidate experience (we are very happy to receive positive feedbacks from our candidates!),
…work for a common goal of our team instead of focusing on KPI!
